Changes and Guarantees

If you wish to exchange your purchase, you can do so within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase. This applies to all brand-owned channels.

Refund requests for withdrawal apply only to purchases made through non-face-to-face electronic means, and may be requested within a maximum period of five (5) business days , counting from the date you received the product.

Changes and/or withdrawals will be subject to inspection and approval by the HMP team, with respect to compliance with the following conditions for all products:

• Discounted or promotional products cannot be exchanged.
• They must NOT have been used, washed or damaged.
• They must retain the original label.
• Present purchase invoice.

In the event of non-compliance with any of the above conditions, HMP reserves the right to reject the request. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer. In the case of exchanges solely for warranty purposes, HMP will assume the shipping costs.

Bank charges are non-refundable.

The request for change and/or withdrawal must be sent to the following email address:

1. Full name and customer ID.
2. Purchase date, order number and/or additional supporting documents for the transaction.
3. Details or Reason for return.

Products must be sent to Calle 99 #52-53 CC Buenavista 2, third floor, room 306. After receiving the products and approving the exchange, the return will be processed within 5 business days, and the products will be received within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued within 30 calendar days after the request is approved.

Shipping Policy

HMP ships worldwide. Domestic shipments have a processing time of (1) business day after purchase. Each order will be placed on TCC's standard shipping method for domestic shipments. International shipments have a processing time of (5) business days and will be sent by FedEx International. Once the shipment is shipped, we will send you an email with the order confirmation and the tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment.

It's our goal to ensure shipments always arrive on time; however, HMP is not responsible for any conditions beyond our control. This includes weather-related delays, service interruptions, or any other domestic or international conditions. Shipping times vary between 2 to 5 business days for domestic shipments and 5 to 10 days for international shipments.

The shipping process begins when the product leaves HMP's warehouses in Barranquilla, Colombia and arrives at the destination address.

HMP is not responsible for any customs charges, only the shipping fee.
